I teach people to come
home to themselves.

For a long time, I moved through life the way many of us do, busy, disconnected, and running on empty. Yoga found me at a moment when I needed to slow down. What began as a physical practice became something much deeper: a way of understanding stress, regulating the nervous system, and actually feeling at home in my own body.

That transformation is what I now teach. YAAS blends the depth of traditional yoga, including Persian-style practices, with the insight of modern wellness science, creating a space that is both ancient and immediately practical.
